Heartland Flyer anniversary deserves notice

Friday will be the 20th anniversary of our Heartland Flyer. I have reserved a chair car seat for a friend and myself, and I would urge my fellow Sooners to join me. As I neither own nor drive my own vehicle, this train is of absolute necessity for me to get into and out of our great state. And that's only one of its benefits. This is also a time to consider service improvements and much-needed expansions to Wichita and Newton, Kansas, and, of no less importance, expansion to Tulsa and beyond.
