With many American's now working at home, it's time to consider an ergonomic setup that's comfortable and conducive to long periods of productivity. Here are five ergonomic accessories Forbes recommends:

1. A standing desk. Many standing desks can be easily adjusted to sitting or standing positions, allowing you to continue working even if you change positions. Forbes recommends getting a solidly-built desk with lots of space that lets you program preset heights.

2. A new mouse. Ergonomic mice are designed to fit comfortably in your hand, even after hours of continuous use. They come with a range of customizable buttons that can be reprogrammed based on your personal needs. This can save you some pain.

3. An ergonomic keyboard. Keyboards come in a variety of ergonomic designs. Forbes recommends a split design, with one half of it being used for each hand. “This ensures that you can keep your hands further apart when you type, in a more natural position.”

4. A better desk chair. Though they can be expensive, according to Forbes, “if you want to ensure that your back and the rest of your body is comfortable as often as possible, it will be worth the cash. Chairs like the $1,495 Herman Miller Embody offer a narrow back that will automatically adjust to your body's curve.

5. A footrest. When sitting, a footrest allows you to naturally place your feet on the ground. Some offer adjustable heights and non-skid surfaces.
