OKLAHOMA CITY - Homegoing Celebratio­n for Kenneth C. Antwine will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, March 13, 2021, in the Centennial Chapel of Harvey-Douglas Funeral Home with Eulogist Reverend Kirk Rushing. Interment will follow at the Clearview Cemetery.

The son of the late W.C. Antwine and Barbara (Moore) Antwine, Kenneth was born on January 9, 1959 and went to be with his Heavenly Father on March 4, 2021 at the age of 62 years, 1 month and 25 days.

Kenneth was raised in Gene Autry where he attended Mt. Pleasant Missionary Baptist Church. He also attended and graduated from Springer High School. He then attended Vocational School for Auto Mechanics. Kenneth was very handy with working on his and his family’s cars in his spare time. He spent about 30 years working for Safeway/Homeland Stores in management. Shortly after that, he started working for 7-11 stores in Oklahoma City doing maintenanc­e for 20 years. He was a hard worker who enjoyed every bit of what he did.

He leaves behind to cherish his memories: fiancee, Cleta Jackson; brother, Donald Ray Antwine; children, Kenny Antwine, Krystal Antwine, Erica Jackson, O’Bryan Bowens; grandchild­ren, Raven Bennett, Patrice Bennett, Darien Jackson, Kendre Grant, Khamari and Zachariah Odom; great grandchild­ren, Dion and Devon Bennett; close cousin, Leo Baker; and many more loving cousins, nieces, nephews and other extended family and co-workers. Preceded in death by parents; brothers, Victure, Michael, Wallace and Willis Antwine; aunt, Electa Baker; and a daughter, Shashan Bennett.
