Here are The Oklahoman's Athletes of the Week for April 13-19:

Baseball

Bode Brooks, Sr. Tuttle: The OU signee put on a show last week. He went 2-0 on the mound, striking out 14 batters and allowing zero runs in nine innings pitched. At the plate, he batted 3-for-5 (.600) with a home run and five RBIs. Tuttle is 29-1 this season.

Boys golf

Bryant Polhill, So., Oklahoma Christian School: Polhill had a standout week. He finished fourth with a 66 at Kingfisher's tournament before shooting a 3-under 137 and winning Edmond North's 36hole tournament at Kickingbir­d on Thursday.

Girls golf

Logan Allen, Sr., Perkins-Tryon: She helped the Demons to a third-place finish at Cushing's tournament, finishing in fourth place. Allen then finished second Friday in Sapulpa and helped Perkins-Tryon tie for first as a team.

Boys soccer

Marco Romero, Sr., Southeast: Romero scored five goals in Southeast's two victories last week. Four of those came against Guymon in a 5-1 win while the other was during penalty kicks in a 3-2 win against Capitol Hill.

Girls soccer

Jada Ryan, Jr., Norman North: Ryan tallied two goals and two assists in the Timberwolv­es' two victories last week. She also won a header in overtime against Deer Creek that led to the winning goal.

Softball

Jadyn Hefley, Fr., Blanchard: The freshman was a force at the plate last week. In four games, she batted 13-of-14 (.928) with five home runs, including two clutch grand slams. Hefley recorded 18 RBIs in her outstandin­g run.

Boys tennis

Luke Winslow, Sr., Christian Heritage Academy: He had three victories at Guthrie's tournament Wednesday before the final was canceled because of weather. Winslow, the team's No. 1 singles player, is 13-0 this season.

Girls tennis

Rylee Day, Jr., Edmond Santa Fe: She was named the Central Oklahoma Athletic Conference Player of the Year last weekend. Day is the Wolves' No. 1 singles player, and she placed fourth at the COAC Tournament.

Boys track

Khyland Wallace, Sr., Southmoore: He has been one of the state's best long jumpers this season. He won with a leap of 22-01.75 at the Yukon Classic on Wednesday.

Girls track

Grace Pendarvis, Sr., Midwest City: She dominated the sprint races at the Yukon Classic on Wednesday. Pendarvis won the 100-meter dash in 12.19 seconds and 200 in 25.23.
