The Down Syndrome Festival and 5k

When: Sept. 25

Where: The Myriad Botanical Gardens.

Runners: The 1-mile and 5k run are $40 per person and begin at 8 a.m. Runners will receive a T-shirt and medal with their registration. The festival and awareness walk, which will begin at 10 a.m. is free and open to the public.

Parking: Available in the American Parking lot located just south of the Myriad with the entrance off Reno Avenue.
