The number of positive COVID-19 tests reported Wednesday by the Oklahoma State Department of Health increased by 2,538 to a cumulative total of 554,496.

The state, via the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's provisional death count, reported 33 additional COVID-19 deaths. The state's provisional death toll during the pandemic stands at 9,199.
