WriterCon 2021 adds digital components

-

While writers are still welcome to attend WriterCon 2021 in person at the Skirvin Hotel in Oklahoma City, sessions from this year’s event will also be posted online so registered guests can view them for up to a month after the conference.

Running from Sept. 3 to 6, the writers’ conference will feature more than 60 authors, agents, publishers, marketers, distributers and other book industry professionals.

Attendees can also pitch to agents and publishers and enter contests.

Also going digital this year is the program, which will be available via an app.

The app also will contain information about the schedule, the presenters, and the exhibitors; and it also allows attendees to communicate with one another. The free app is called “WriterCon 2021” and can be downloaded by anyone, registered or not.

For those attending WriterCon in person, face masks will be required and social distancing will be observed.
