The odds-on Heisman Trophy favorite and potential No. 1 NFL draft pick starts the 2021 campaign at home. What a joy it must be to play in the best college offense built for a quarterback. Tulane represents a decent first challenge for the redshirt sophomore as the Green Wave defense was middle of the road in 2020, finishing 57th out of 128 FBS teams in defensive scoring. For the Sooners to push for the college football playoff and possibly a title-game berth, Rattler must improve upon his 28 touchdowns from a year ago. Rattler will have his pick of passing targets this year with all four main pass-catchers returning in Theo Wease, Jadon Haselwood, Marvin Mims and Austin Stogner.
