Elizabeth Rose McNally

DEL CITY - Elizabeth Rose McNally, 73 of Del City, Oklahoma, went home to be with Jesus on August 27th, 2021. She was born on February 3rd, 1948 in Fort Worth Texas to John Walter Boyd Batchelor and Mamie Vera Crews. She spent a lot of her childhood years throughout parts of Texas and Oklahoma and has strong ties to Altus, Oklahoma. She was married on February 6th, 1968 to Sherman Francis McNally. Liz worked many years for Mid-Del public school. She loved to collect dolphins and watch OU and OSU football and play cards with family. She is survived by her husband of 53 years Sherman McNally as well as a daughter Monica McNally-Bowles and a son Ronald McNally. A son-in-law Jeff Bowles and a daughter in-law Jess McNally. As well as a brother Clifford Batchelor, and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents John Walter Boyd Batchelor and Mamie Vera Crews and 9 siblings. A viewing for Liz will be Thursday, September 9th, from 9am to 8pm, with family present to greet friends from 5pm to 7pm at Ford Funeral Service. A funeral service will be Friday, September 10th at 1:00PM at Ford Funeral Service – Candlewood Chapel.
