Putnam City senior quarterbac­k Marcellous Hawkins and Tuttle junior softball standout Kya Watson won The Oklahoman’s Athlete of the Week polls in their respective sports.

Hawkins ran for four touchdowns and threw for another in Putnam City’s 3635 victory at Putnam North on Friday. He won the game with a 2-point conversion run in double overtime. Watson batted .583 and had one home run and three doubles, leading Tuttle to a 4-0 record over a one-week period. Here are the results from each poll:
