Robert “Bob” Charles Bierschank

Robert was born January 14, 1934 in Oklahoma City, to George and Thelma Bierschank. He grew up on the family farm, and graduated from Deer Creek High School. He married Loretta Retha Walker on June 25, 1954.

After working on the family farm, Bob worked at KerrMcGeeNuclear Facility for six years. They moved to Oklahoma City, where he owned his own business repairing home appliances. Bob was on the original Board of Directors for Oklahoma Christian Schools. He had been a member of Crossings Community Church since 1997.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Loretta in 2012; father, George, in 1986, and his mother, Thelma, in 2007. He is survived by two sons, Larry and his wife Donna of Pennsylvania, and David and his wife Shelley of Oklahoma City. Four grandsons Jonathan of Texas; Ezekiel and his wife Hillary of Oregon; Daniel and Alison of Minnesota, and Dillon of Oklahoma City. Three great granddaughters Emma, Mia andHeidi. One great grandson Ethan.

A visitation for Robert will be held Friday, September 10, 2021 from 3:00 PMto 7:00 PM atMemorial Park Funeral Home, 13313 North Kelley, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. A funeral service will occur Saturday, September 11, 2021 at 10:00AM at Memorial Park Funeral Home and a burial to follow at Rose Hill Burial Park at 1:00 PM.
