Second tent revival is planned
A tent revival will begin at 10 a.m. Sept. 20 at NW 4 and Shartel Avenue.
The event will be the second revival hosted by Mary Walbert, of Oklahoma City, and a group of friends and fellow Christians. The faith effort will be held on vacant property at NW 4 and Shartel Avenue with permission from the property owners.
Walbert said the coming revival will include 50 continual hours of praise and worship, led by Ian Parrish, plus dancers and artists creating faith-inspired art. The event is being held in conjunction with Awaken the Dawn, a national grassroots faith effort.
