Linda Sharp

MOORE - Linda Bonney Sharp 53 of Moore, OK, went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, on September 16, 2021. Linda was an elementary music teacher at Winding Creek Elementary in the Moore school district. She also taught music at Parkview Elementary in the MidDel school district. She loved playing worship music for God’s church. She played piano/organ for a variety of churches including: First Baptist Norman, First Baptist Moore, First Baptist Midwest City, St. Philip Neri of Midwest City, and St. Andrew’s in Moore. She also played piano for her home church Heavenly Heights Baptist Church in Moore. Linda’s greatest desire was to teach children to play the piano. Linda leaves behind her husband, Pastor Phillip Sharp of Heavenly Heights; the love of her life, her son, Andrew Sharp; parents Joe and Bonney Spicer, brothers John (Christine) Spicer and Steven (Stacey) Spicer, sisters Karen (Rich) Permenter and Kelly (Shane) Anderson all of St.Louis, MO. She also leaves behind a large extended family that loved her dearly. Visitation is Thurs/Fri from 5 to 8 at John Ireland Funeral Home of Moore, OK. Services will be held at First Baptist Midwest City on Saturday 25, at 11:00 A.M. Final Resting Place: Immaculate Conception Cemetery Oklahoma City, OK.
