RICHLAND - Madge Francis Creamer, age 96, long term resident of Moore, Oklahoma, and most recently of Ri chl a nd, Washington, passed away on September 28th, 2021. She was born in her grandmothe­r’s home in

Delaware, Oklahoma,to parents, Bessie Mae Thornbrugh and Oliver Sebastian Wood. Madge married her schoolyard sweetheart, Lowell Dewey Creamer, in 1942, and they were married for 68 years until Lowell’s passing. Madge and Lowell gave birth to their only son, Darrell, in 1943. She was a bible scholar and foundation­al member of the Central Pentecosta­l Holiness church in Oklahoma City. In 1999, following a category 5 tornado that destroyed much of their neighborho­od, Madge and Lowell moved to Pasco Washington to be closer to their family. She enjoyed baking cookies and congo bars, reading the bible, music shows in Branson, Christmas lights in Leavenwort­h, and all the road trips with good friends Billie and Claude Riley as well as with her brother Harold Wood and wife Betty. Her Rand Mcnally road atlas was chocked full of notes on just about every page.

Madge is survived by her son, Darrell Creamer and wife Judy Creamer; grandson, Michael Creamer; grandson Curtis Creamer and wife Elaine Shen; great-grandson Ben Creamer and wife Carmen Creamer.

Graveside services for family and friends will be held at 1pm on October 8th, 2021, at Resthaven Cemetery in Oklahoma City. The service will be led by Madge and Lowell’s good friend, Pastor Mark Green. The Creamer family would like to thank all those who knew and loved Madge for all your friendship, love, thoughts, and prayers.
