HIGH SCHOOL ATHLETES OF THE WEEK
Edmond Santa Fe freshman running back Demarius Robinson and Newcastle freshman volleyball player Kacie Townsend were voted as The Oklahoman's Athletes of the Week for Sept. 25-Oct. 1.
Robinson rushed for 190 yards on 21 carries with five touchdowns, helping the Wolves top Westmoore 48-10. Townsend was named a first-team member of the Western Athletic Conference. She also had 31 kills and seven aces this past week, which included a win against Tuttle.
