Genealogy group to meet
The Oklahoma Home and Community Education Genealogical group will host Molly Monaghan on Oct. 20 as she shares a presentation titled “Westward, Ho!” The program will explore the westward movement of her family members of the past 400 years. She’ll seek to tell the human story of her ancestors who moved from Europe
to the New World, migrating all the way to the west coast of the Pacific Northwest. She’ll also share some family stories and lore of their pioneering days.
The program is open to the public and will be held at the Oklahoma County Extension office, 2500 NE 63. Masks are strongly encouraged and social distancing will be maintained.
