• Sean Ezell paid $850,000 to Puckett Walker Properties LLC for a 12,243-square-foot industrial building at 2323 S Walker Ave. Bob Sullivan with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the buyer.
• Gabriel Littlejim leased a 1,020-square-foot retail space at 112th Street Shops, 7142 NW 1122 from Lextina LLC, for a Farmers Insurance Agency. Amanda Sullivan with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to both the lessee and lessor.
• Thriveworks Administrative Services LLC leased 1,766 square feet of office space at Center 3000, at 3000 Founders Blvd, Suite 142, from Center 3000 LLC. Thriveworks provides mental health coaching and life coaching services. Bob Sullivan provided brokerage services for the lessor.
• POWERStone Inc. leased 1,390 square feet of retail space at 3408 36th Ave NW, Suite 104, Norman, from Mike Jolley Investments LLC, for an Any Lab Test Now testing center. David Hartnack, Sam Swanson and Nathan Wilson with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the landlord.
• Atlas Credit Co. Inc. leased 1,394 square feet of retail at 2294 W Main St., Norman, from Normandy Creek LP, for an Atlas Credit loan office. Hartnack, Swanson and Wilson provided brokerage services to the tenant and landlord.
• Native Chiropractic leased 1,601 square feet of retail space at 2237 W Memorial Road, Suite 116, from EC Foundation Quail LLC, for a chiropractic clinic. Hartnack, Swanson and Wilson provided brokerage services to the landlord.

• Baker Properties LLC paid $2.7 million to MBE Tech LLC for Buildings 7 and 9 in Broadway Executive Park, totaling 30,656 square feet, at 200-202 NW 66. Rod Baker with Baker First Commercial Real Estate Services and Tom Fields of Price Edwards & Co. negotiated the transaction. Closing was by Teresa Koeppe of Oklahoma City Abstract & Title Co.
• OKC Home Investments LLC paid $1,425,000 to Meridian JR LLC for a 4,730-square-foot restaurant building at 2035-A S Meridian Ave. and a 7,210square-foot restaurant building at 2037 S Meridian Ave. Baker handled the transaction. Closing was by Dawn Brooks of Chicago Title Oklahoma Co.
