- Belia Ortiz Trevino of Oklahoma City was born December 8, 1924 in San Antonio, TX. She was called to Heaven on Tuesday, October 12, 2021 to be reunited with her husband of 69 years, Andrew Trevino; her only daughter, Billie Jo Trevino Hembree Neumann; and her great-grandson, Brandon Jacob Hembree. Belia is survived and lovingly remembered by her granddaughter, Elizabeth Hembree Chong and her husband, Ben Chong; grandsons, Carl Hembree and John Hembree, his wife, Lisa and daughter, Willow; and her son-in-law, Larry Neumann, along with numerous nieces, nephews, and friends. Andrew and Belia owned and operated Mid-State Construction Products for many years in Oklahoma City. She was also Valued Princess in the Daughters of the Nile. Visitation at Mercer-Adams Funeral Service will be Thursday, 10am-8pm with family present from 5-7pm.
