OU SOUL Mission Breakfast to benefit Fields & Futures
OU football fans have a unique opportunity to hear from new Sooner head coach Brent Venables while helping a local nonprofit.
The OU SOUL Mission Kickoff Breakfast benefitting Fields & Futures will be held March 30 at St. Luke's United Methodist Church, 222 NW 15th Street. Doors open at 7:30 a.m.
Dubbed “a morning of great food, fellowship and conversation,” Venables and members of his SOUL team will be part of the program. Former Sooners Josh Norman, Curtis Lofton and Caleb Kelly were hired recently to help implement SOUL, a leadership initiative inside the football program.
Tickets for the kickoff breakfast are $500 for individuals and $4,000 for a table of eight. They can be purchased at FieldsandFutures.org/OUSOULMission.
All proceeds will be earmarked for middle school field maintenance in Oklahoma City Public Schools, where Fields & Futures has worked to renovate and rebuild athletic facilities across the district.
