EPLEY Toni Cheryl M.Ed., of Midwest City, Oklahoma, departed this life on February 16, 2023, at the age of 77. Toni was born in Chandler, OK, on November 24, 1945. She was the daughter of Don Vernon Crall and Dolores Ann (Hicks) Crall and was raised in Del City, OK. Toni was Baptized at St Christophe­r’s Episcopal Church in Midwest City, OK on November 22, 1956. She graduated in 1964 from Del City High School where she received numerous awards and recognitio­n’s alongside several achievemen­ts like Cheerleade­r, Football Attendant,

Miss. Del City Nominee, Student Council Representa­tive, Basketball Queen, Senior Favorite “Cutest” and many more. Following H.S. Graduation, Toni attended Cameron State College in Lawton. While at Cameron State College she was appointed ROTC Cadet Honorary Lieutenant Colonel and earned a spot on the Cameron Cheerleadi­ng Unit that traveled with the football team to the Junior College Rose Bowl. Toni earned a Bachelor of Science Dual Degree in Psychology & Physical Education from Cameron University in 1971. She continued her advanced education at the University of Central Oklahoma where she earned a Master of Education in Guidance & Counseling. Toni gained profession­al teaching certificat­es from the Oklahoma State Department of Education in the areas of Elementary Counselor, Psychology, Sociology/Anthropolo­gy, Physical Education, Democracy, Geography, World History, Oklahoma History and US Government. Toni retired as an Elementary Guidance Counselor with the Oklahoma City Public School District. During her accomplish­ed life, Toni’s true passion was the family her and Charles built with their two sons Ryan and Cameron and grandson Bryson. Toni was preceded in death by her parents; special grandparen­ts Boyd and Vella “Little Granny” Hicks; special Aunt Betty Lou Heinze and sister-in-law Paula Conditt. She is survived by husband Charles Epley and sons Ryan Epley and Cameron Epley of Midwest City, OK; brother Keith Crall and wife Rosie of Edmond, OK; sister Shelley Seay and husband Bobby of Harrah, OK; sisters-in-law Frieda Welch of Midland, TX, and Kay Mullins of Stillwater, OK; brotherin-law Eual Conditt of Burneyvill­e, OK. She is Grammy to Bryson Epley of Midwest City, OK and Auntie Toni to a host of nieces and nephews. Toni also leaves behind many friends and countless children that she provided a loving and protective blanket over. A Public Viewing Visitation will be held Friday, February 24, 2023, from Noon-8:00pm & Saturday, February 25, 2023, from 8:00am-8:00pm at Barnes Friederich Funeral Home, 1820 S Douglas Blvd, Midwest City, OK 73130. A Family Graveside Gathering will take place Saturday, March 4, 2023, at Arlington Memory Gardens, 3400 North Midwest Blvd., Oklahoma City, OK 73141
