Faust, 44, of Syracuse, was charged in the village of Chittenang­o with acting in a manner injurious to a child under the age of 17, operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 of one percent, driving while intoxicate­d and aggravated driving while intoxicate­d.

• Elizabeth R. Schell, 40, of Syracuse, was charged in the village of Chittenang­o with acting in a manner injurious to a child and unlawful dealing with a child.

• A 16- year- old from Chittenang­o was charged with acting in a manner injurious to a child under 17.

Monday, June 18 • Brian C. English, 31, of Oneida, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs. Madison County Sheriff’s Department

Sunday, June 17 • Brittany E. Grevelding, 27, of Erieville, was charged with second degree harassment.

• Brandon D. Curtis, 25, of Munnsville, was arrested on a bench warrant.

• Robert S. Atkinson, 40, of Oneida, was charged with second degree aggravated harassment.

• A 16- year- old from Fulton was charged in the town of Sullivan with operating a motor vehicle while impaired, moving from lane unsafely and failure to keep right.

Saturday, June 16 • Todd K. Foster II, 23, of Camillus, was charged with an unspecifie­d violation of family court.

Friday, June 15 • Alicia D. Brown, 28, of Sherrill, was charged in Munnsville with second degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and following too close.

Thursday, June 14 • Ashley E. Low, 18, of Kirkville, was charged with torturing or injuring animals.

• Dakota L. Bender, 20, of Kirkville, was charged with fourth degree grand larceny and second degree burglary.

Wednesday, June 13 • Andrew C. Blanchard, 37, of Canastota, was charged with a probation violation.

Monday, June 11 • Dakota L. Bender, 20, of Kirkville, was charged with petty larceny.

• Daniel J. Dalpiaz, 35, of Lebanon, was charged with second degree harassment. Oneida City Police Monday, June 18 • Pamela J. Brothers, 60, of Farrier Avenue in Oneida was charged with theft of services. She allegedly failed to pay for taxi cab fare. She will appear in Oneida City Court on June 22.

Sunday, June 17 • Scott J. Ruffrage, 19, of North Broad Street in Oneida was charged with driving while intoxicate­d, imprudent speed, running a stop sign, refusing a breath pre- screening test, leaving the scene of a property damage motor vehicle accident, uninspecte­d motor vehicle and fourth degree criminal possession of a weapon. Ruffrage was allegedly traveling north on Seneca Street when he skidded through the intersecti­on of Stone Street, went over the north curb on Stone Street and drove into bushes there, causing damage. He then allegedly fled and was located shortly after by police patrol. Ruffrage was also in possession of a butterfly/ gravity knife. He was arraigned and committed to Madison County jail in lieu of bail set at $ 1,000 cash or $ 2,000 bond. He will appear in Oneida City Court on June 22.

Saturday, June 16 • Alicia A. Coonrod, 24, of Madison Street in Oneida was charged with disorderly conduct. She will appear in Oneida City Court on June 22.

• Ryan Bender, 24, of Crane Road in Elmira was arrested on a bench warrant for failing to appear in court on charges of second degree criminal contempt and third degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. He was arraigned and committed to Madison County jail in lieu of bail set at $ 1,000 cash or $ 3,000 bond. He will appear in Oneida City Court on June 22.
