Second Hand Rose open at First Presbyterian

ONEIDA >> The Second Hand Rose Consignment Shop of Oneida First Presbyterian Church is now open Wednesday to Saturday from 11 a. m. to 3 p. m. and sells nearly new women’s and children’s clothing and small household items. The shop is located on Stone Street behind the church with parking in the rear.
