Court action

ONEIDA: The following dispositions were among those heard in Oneida City Court during the week of Sept. 20 before Judge Anthony P. Eppolito and Judge Michael J. Misiaszek.

Scott M. Barrett: of 406 Berkey Dr., Chittenango, had a charge of failed to dim headlights, dismissed.

Marcus E. Britt: of 214 Stoddard St., Oneida, was fined $90 with an $80 surcharge for disobeyed traffic control device.

Jackie L. Brooks: of 5 Greenway Road, Sidney, was fined $25 with a $20 surcharge for insufficient tail lamps (driver’s side).

Jackie L. Brooks: of 5 Greenway Road, Sidney, was fined $25 with an $80

surcharge for uninspected motor vehicle.

Brian M. Bruno: of 206 Millstone, Chittenango, was fined $90 with an $88 surcharge for speed in zone.

Gregory A. Buzzell: of 17A Chaplin St., Waterville, Maine, was fined $20 with a $30 surcharge for driver without front seat belt.

Jonathan W. Clark: of 517 Cleveland Ave., Oneida, had a charge of operating without insurance, dismissed.

Wendy A. Ducey: of 444S Whitman Road, Canastota, was fined an $88 surcharge for operate motor vehicle on public highway while using mobile phone.

Aron J. Efimenko: of 4601 Hadley Lane 13,

Manlius, with an $88 was surcharge fined $100 for disobeyed traffic control device.

James E. Enderton Jr.: of 2670 Grace Ave., Newfane, had a charge of disobeyed traffic control device, dismissed.

Suzy M. Farnach: of 7088 Verna Dr., Canastota, was fined $100 with an $88 surcharge for disobeyed traffic control device.

Angela E. Fitzgerald: of 118 Lyons St., Bennington, Vt., was fined $70 with an $80 surcharge for improper/no signal.

Randy S. Foeppel: of 7827 Roberts St., Canastota, was fined $50 with an $88 surcharge for uninspected motor vehicle.

Anthony D. Fringo: of 18 Glen Ridge Dr., Taberg, was fined $40 with an $80 surcharge for unlicensed operator.

F. J. Henriksen: of 1 Fourth St., Oneida, was fined $25 with an $88 surcharge for uninspected motor vehicle.

Jeremiah J. Jones: of 5663 West Road, Munnsville, was fined $100 with an $88 surcharge for disobeyed traffic control device.

Drew J. Marcellus: of 707 Sherrill Road 6, Sherrill, had a charge of no/insufficient tail lamps, dismissed.

Steven L. Marchand: of 305 Main St., Oneida, had a charge of inadequate or no stop lamps, dismissed.
