The following dispositions were among those heard in Oneida City Court during the week of Oct. 31, 2014, before Judge Anthony, P. Eppolito and JudgeMichael J. Misiaszek. Brandon S. Steates: of 6958Rome Oriskany, Rome, was fined $75with an $80surcharge for unlicensed operator. Christa M. Wright: of 1694Union St., Oneida, was fined $25with an $88 surcharge for unreadable plate. William A. Mason Jr.: 20, of 175Madison St., Oneida, was fined a $120surcharge and was sentenced to 10 days in jail for second-degree harassment — physical contact. Cynthia C. Wilson: 45, of 222Lexington Ave., Oneida, was fined $200for stop or stand or park violation Janet L. Aley: 42, of 3764 Prospect St., Oneida, was fined $25for all night parking. Aley was fined $25 for fail to obey stop/park sign and $25for stopping/ standing/parking violation — specific area.

Andrew G. Bavo: 20, of 214E. Elm St., Oneida, was fined $50for loud noise.

Megan L. Clark: 21, of 222 N. Main St., Oneida, was fined $200for all night parking.

Bruce A. Joslyn: 51, of 121 N. Willow St., Oneida, was fined $25for truck route violation.

Bruce A. Joslyn Sr.: 52, of 121N. Willow St., Oneida, was fined $100for truck route violation.

Bethany A. Asher: 24, of 580Seneca St. Apt. G, Oneida, was fined $75with an $88surcharge for open door interferes with traffic.

Joshua L. Dixon: 24, of 6394State Route 5, Vernon, was fined a $50 surcharge, was given a conditional discharge and was ordered to perform 40 hours of community service for petty larceny. Richard T. Eaton: 30, of 1055Lake Road, Oneida, was fined $200with an $88surcharge and was given a conditional discharge for reckless driving. Andrea L. Grayer: 32, of 608Lenox Ave., Oneida, was fined $40with an $88surcharge for operate unregistered motor vehicle on highway. Lucas H. Joslyn: 23, of 220Sherman St., Oneida, was fined an $88surcharge and was sentenced to 15 days in jail for third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of vehicle. Caroline L. Joslyn: 57, of 226Farrier Ave., Oneida, was fined a $250surcharge and was sentenced to 30 days in jail for seconddegree criminal contempt: disobey. Patrick R. Pennise: 19, of 3892Pratt Drive, Oneida, was given a conditional discharge and was ordered to perform 30hours of community service for trespass. Zachary J. Taylor: 24, of 134Center St. Apt. 6, Canastota, was fined $500 with a $395surcharge, had his license revoked for six months, was given a conditional discharge, was ordered to install ignition interlock device, was ordered to attend a driver’s improvement program and was ordered to attend treatment for operate motor vehicle while intoxicated. Paige E. Whitted: 25, of 234Primo Ave. Apt. 4, Sherrill, was fined a $250 surcharge and was sentenced to six months in jail for second-degree contraband to prisoners.
