William A. Mason Jr.: 20, of 175Madison St., Oneida, was fined a $120surchar­ge and was sentenced to 10 days in jail for second-degree harassment — physical contact. Cynthia C. Wilson: 45, of 222Lexingt­on Ave., Oneida, was fined $200for stop or stand or park violation Janet L. Aley: 42, of 3764 Prospect St., Oneida, was fined $25for all night parking. Aley was fined $25 for fail to obey stop/park sign and $25for stopping/ standing/parking violation — specific area.
