Oneida, MECS early childhood registration

VERONA >> The Madison-Oneida BOCES Early Childhood Program will host registration dates for children in the Oneida and Morrisville-Eaton districts planning to begin pre-kindergarten in the fall of 2016. Children must turn 4 on or before Dec. 1, 2016 to be eligible for enrollment. Registration dates are: • Oneida families: Fri- day, March 18, from 8-10 a.m., noon-2 p.m., and 4- 6 p.m. at Willard Prior Elementary School

• Morrisville- Eaton families: Wednesday, March 23, from 6-7 p.m. at Edward Andrews Elementary School

Parents must bring to registration: their children’s birth certificates and immunization records as well as proof of residency in the district (a current mortgage statement, lease agreement or utility bill, for example). Parents are encouraged to register now so children can participate in orientation programs. It is not necessary for children to attend this registration.

Application packets are available at your local elementary school or by visiting www.moboces.org.

Madison- Oneida BOCES offers a high- quality early education program to students in participating school districts. Classes are led by certified teachers and teaching assistants/aides. Transportation is provided and parental involvement is strongly encouraged.
