Saturday, July 23: Julio Leon, 47, of Syracuse, was charged with driving while intoxicated-first offense, operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol of .08 of one percent or more, and refusal to take a breath test. Saturday, July 23: Gary J. Salvatore, 50, of Cicero, was charged with seconddegree aggravated unlicensed operation, circumventing an interlock system, and speeding. Saturday, July 23: Jason R. Zehr, 33, of Solvay, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and speeding. Friday, July 22: Anthony P. Prior, 32, of Oneida, was charged with a local law violation. Friday, July 22: Jesse L. James, 18, of Sherburne, was charged with seconddegree menacing with a weapon. Thursday, July 21: Carl E. Ellsworth Jr., 60, of Canastota, was charged with operating a motor vehicle without inspection and marijuana possession. Thursday, July 21: Travis J. Hunter, 29, of Syracuse, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and speeding. Wednesday, July 20: Damon M.A. Morgan, 19, of Oneida, was charged with a probation violation.

Tuesday, July 19: Alex J. King, 21, of Syracuse, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, operation of a motor vehicle by an unlicensed driver and operating a motor vehicle with obstructed vision.
