Sunday, June 25: Anthony J. Witter, 38, of Madison, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief. Saturday, June 24: Kevin A. Doxator, 25, of Chittenango, was charged with driving while intoxicated and operating amotor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 of one percent. Thursday, June 22: Logan R. Warren, 20, of New Hartford, was charged in Lenoxwith seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance in a non-original container, and marijuana possession. Thursday, June 22: Brice B. Eaton, 21, was charged with a probation violation. Tuesday, June 20: Christo- pher D. Wyatt, 39, of North Wilksboro, North Carolina, was charged with two counts of failure to appear.

Tuesday, June 20: David C. Howard, Jr., 37, of Oneida, was charged with seconddegree assault.

Tuesday, June 20: Harlie A. Christian, 21, of SouthNew Berlin, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and operating a motor vehicle with obstructed vision.

Monday, June 19: Dustin Blake-Vasquez, 26, of Cortland, was charged in Nelson with operating a motor vehicle without insurance, reckless driving, speeding, and holding more than one license.

Monday, June 19: Timothy J. Campbell, 52, of Morrisville, was charged with thirddegree aggravated unlicensed operation of amotor vehicle and operating amotor vehicle without inspection.

Monday, June 19: Harry M. Cudak, 29, of Earlville, was charged with second-degree menacing, second-degree harassment, third-degree possession of a weapon-previous conviction, and fourth-degree possession of a weaponintent to use.
