Merithew, 37, of Oneida, was arrested on a bench warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of petty larceny. He was also charged on a separate bench warrant with failure to appear on a previous charge of third- degree aggravated unlicensed operation. Friday, July 7: Kurt C.
