WAMPSVILLE, N.Y. » The following are court sentences handed down in Madison County Court.

Jeanette J. Mitchell, 46, of 226 Farrier Ave., Oneida, was sentenced by Judge Patrick O’Sullivan on Sept. 6, 2018, to 1 year incarceration to be served in Madison County Jail, and $895 in restitution, surcharge and fees, after pleading guilty on May 3, 2018 to second-degree forgery, a class D felony, for an incident that occurred on Dec. 8, 2017 in the city of Oneida.

Tonnie S. Newcomb, 39, of 4765 Ormond Drive, Cazenovia, was sentenced by Judge Dennis McDermott on Sept. 5, 2018, to 1 year conditional discharge, and $4,698 in restitution, after pleading guilty on Aug. 29. 2018 to fourth-de- gree welfare fraud, a class E felony, for incidents that occurred between Dec. 1, 2017 and Dec. 14, 2017 in the town of Lenox.

Harold W. Jordan, 52, of 211 N. Main St., Oneida, was sentenced by Judge Dennis McDermott on Sept. 5, 2018, to 2 years incarceration to be served in state prison, 2 years post release supervision, and $575 in restitution, fees and surcharge, after pleading guilty on July 26, 2018 to fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class D felony, for an incident that occurred on March 27, 2018, in the city of Oneida.

Calvin J. Fellows, 38, of 82 E. 5th St., Oswego, was sentenced by Judge Dennis McDermott on Aug. 29, 2018, to 3 years condi- tional discharge, $250 in fees and surcharge, and license suspension after completing interim probation and pleading guilty on Aug. 29, 2018 to fourthdegree criminal possession of marijuana, a class A misdemeanor, for an incident that occurred on March 1, 2017 in the town of Sullivan.

Jason Dillenbeck, 40, of 107 Timmerman Road, Little Falls, was sentenced by Judge Dennis McDermott on Aug. 27, 2018, to 6 months incarceration, 3 years conditional discharge, and an Order of Protection after pleading guilty on Aug. 27, 2018 to third-degree burglary, a class D felony, for an incident that occurred on March 25, 2018 in the town of Brookfield.

Raymond M. Back, 63, of 6112 Cobblestone Drive, Cicero, was sentenced by Judge Patrick O’Sullivan on Aug. 16, 2018, to 5 years probation, $3,070 in fines and fees, and license revoked, after pleading guilty on May 17, 2018 to first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and driving while intoxicated, both a class E felony, for a incident that occurred on Dec. 31, 2017 in the town of Lenox.

Kevin T. Rowley-Jones, 22, of 373 N. Hillsboro Road, Camden, was sentenced by Judge Patricl O’Sullivan on Aug. 16, 2018, to $375 in fees and surcharge, license revoked, and alcohol abuse program, after pleading guilty on March 1, 2018 to first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a class E felony, and driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, for an incident that occurred on Jan. 2, 2018 in the town of Eaton.

Harold F. Ortman Jr., 35, of 5370 Peterboro Road, Oneida, was sentenced by Judge Patrick O’Sullivan on Aug. 16, 2018, to 1 ½ years incarceration to be served in state prison, 2 years post release supervision, $375 in surcharge and fees, and license revoked after pleading guilty on June 13, 2018 to third-degree unlawful manufacturing of methamphetamine, a class D felony, for an incident that occurred on March 28, 2018 in the town of Smithfield.

Brett M. Parks, 31, of 3948 Miller Road, Blossvale, was sentenced by Judge Patrick O’Sullivan on Aug. 16, 2018, to 2 years incarceration to be served in state prison, $375 in surcharge and fees, and license revoked, after pleading guilty on June 13, 2016 to third-degree unlawful manufacturing of methamphetamine, a class D felony, for an incident that occurred on March 30, 2018 in the city of Oneida.

Aaron J. France, 31, of 115 S. Jay St., Rome, was sentenced by Judge Patrick O’Sullivan on Aug. 16, 2018, to 1 year incarceration to be served in Madison County Jail, $50 in fees, and license revoked after pleading guilty on Aug. 16, 2018 to fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class D felony, for an incident that occurred on Dec. 30, 2017 in the town of Sullivan.
