WAMPSVILLE, N.Y. » The following are court sentences handed down in Madison County Court.
Jeanette J. Mitchell, 46, of 226 Farrier Ave., Oneida, was sentenced by Judge Patrick O’Sullivan on Sept. 6, 2018, to 1 year incarceration to be served in Madison County Jail, and $895 in restitution, surcharge and fees, after pleading guilty on May 3, 2018 to second-degree forgery, a class D felony, for an incident that occurred on Dec. 8, 2017 in the city of Oneida.
Tonnie S. Newcomb, 39, of 4765 Ormond Drive, Cazenovia, was sentenced by Judge Dennis McDermott on Sept. 5, 2018, to 1 year conditional discharge, and $4,698 in restitution, after pleading guilty on Aug. 29. 2018 to fourth-de- gree welfare fraud, a class E felony, for incidents that occurred between Dec. 1, 2017 and Dec. 14, 2017 in the town of Lenox.
Harold W. Jordan, 52, of 211 N. Main St., Oneida, was sentenced by Judge Dennis McDermott on Sept. 5, 2018, to 2 years incarceration to be served in state prison, 2 years post release supervision, and $575 in restitution, fees and surcharge, after pleading guilty on July 26, 2018 to fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class D felony, for an incident that occurred on March 27, 2018, in the city of Oneida.
Calvin J. Fellows, 38, of 82 E. 5th St., Oswego, was sentenced by Judge Dennis McDermott on Aug. 29, 2018, to 3 years condi- tional discharge, $250 in fees and surcharge, and license suspension after completing interim probation and pleading guilty on Aug. 29, 2018 to fourthdegree criminal possession of marijuana, a class A misdemeanor, for an incident that occurred on March 1, 2017 in the town of Sullivan.
