Sunday, Oct. 14: Darell B, Guilmette, 32, of Hamilton, was charged in Hamilton, for fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment. Friday, Oct. 12: Brandon E. Garlock, 28, of Canastota, was arrested on a bench warrant in Oneida. Thursday, Oct. 11: Sarah E. Dibble, 34, of DeRuyter, was arrested on a warrant for failure to obey a court order. Wednesday, Oct. 10: Jacob D. Baird, 17, of Bouckville, was charged in Bouckville for violating probation. Tuesday, Oct. 9: Darren E. Bell, 22, of Wampsville, was charged in Canastota for seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled

substance and speeding.

Tuesday, Oct. 9: Crystal A. Mills, 39, of Oneida, was charged in Lincoln for third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle.

Monday, Oct. 8: Patrick K. Sobel, 54, of Sylvan Beach, was charged in Canastota with first-degree criminal possession of methamphetamine manufacturing materials, third-degree unlawful manufacture of methamphetamine and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration.
