Fes­ti­val of Christ­mas Nov. 17

ONEIDA, N.Y. >> The an­nual Fes­ti­val of Christ­mas at the First Pres­by­te­rian Church of Oneida, on the cor­ner of Broad and Stone streets, will be held Satur­day, Nov. 17, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

A lun­cheon will be served from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. The menu will in­clude chicken and bis­cuits, coleslaw, cran­berry salad, sweet breads and ap­ple cake. The cost is $8 for adults, $4 for chil­dren ages 6-12, and free for chil­dren ages 5 and younger. The pub­lic is in­vited to at­tend.

Hand­craf t i t ems , sweets, dec­o­ra­tions and an­tiques will be avail­able at seven unique Christ­mas Shops. A hand­made quilt and an orig­i­nal paint­ing will be raf­fled off at 3 p.m. The quilt, “Friend- ship,” was made by Betty Wes­sel­dine, Sue Kordziel and Laura Reck­en­tine. The paint­ing, “Holly Berries,” was made by Tom Done­gan.
