Harvest Supper

Oneida— St. Paul’s Annual Harvest Supper will be held, Wednesday, Nov. 6. Attendees can enjoy roast pork and all the homemade trimmings including dessert. WinterWear Giveaway

Bridgeport — Therewill be a giveaway of gently usedwinter­wear for all ages and sizes at the Bridgeport UnitedMeth­odist Church at 377 NYS Route 31on Saturday, Nov. 2 from 9a.m. to 2p.m. Footwearwi­ll also be available. A free breakfast and lunchwill be offered. Donations will be accepted. Sponsored by theMinoa/Bridgeport/Kirkville Ecumenical Council.

Fall Bazaar

Chittenang­o— St. Patrick’s Church (Chittenang­o) will host its Fall Bazaar Saturday, Nov. 2310a.m. to 3p.m. at 1341Murray­Dr., Chittenang­o.The Bazaar will include: basket raffles, craft sales, live music, bake sale, ChanceWhee­l (for turkies), and a grand raffle with prizes of $1000, $250and $100. Food will be available for purchase. There is no entrance fee, but you’re encouraged to bring a canned good, whichwill give you a chance for a door prize.

Utica — There will be service Sunday, Oct. 20at 10:30a.m. at Unitarian Universali­st Church of Utica, however, there will be no service the following Sunday. There will be a service on Oct. 27.

Coat giveaway

Oriskany Falls — On Saturday, Oct. 19there will be a free coat giveaway at the at the Augusta Presbyteri­an Church, 2345Route 26, Oriskany Falls NY. There will be awide selection of coats, hats , mittens and gloves. At 5p.m. there will be Chicken Riggie dinner at the church. The cost is just $10and will include desert. Guestsmay eat in or take out. At 7p.m. the annual Bluegrass in Augusta coffee housewill be held featuring Phil and Lisa Husted of Oriskany. There is a free will offering and refreshmen­ts.

Cemetery tour

On Saturday, Oct. 19at noon there will be a presentati­on about the death and mourning practices of the Oneida Community, and howtheir practices differed from convention­al society. Formore informatio­n, please feel free to call the Mansion House@ 315-3630745.

Bible study

Sherrill — Plymouth Alliance Church in Sherrill is doing a Bible Study called “Priorities: The Tyranny of the Urgent.” The study begins the week of Sunday, October 6th and we have a variety of groupsmeet­ing throughout theweek for you to pick that fits your schedule.
