Saturday, Oct. 19: Mason J. Benedict, 19, of Kirkville, was charged in Oneida for two counts of seventhdegree criminal possession of a controlled substance, fourth-degree criminal possession of marijuana, controlled substance in nonoriginal container and illegal signal less than 100 feet. Saturday, Oct. 19: Branden R. Ward, 26, of Brookfield, was charged in Oneida for seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, second-degree possession of contraband in prison and controlled substance in non-original container. Friday, Oct. 18: John P. Conlan, 35, of Bridgeport, was charged in Wampsville for driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content .08 of one percent, reckless driving, drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle, no seat belt, speeding, moving from a lane unsafely and plate display violation.
Wednesday, Oct. 16: Marsha S. Barber, 22, of Rochester, was charged in Lenox for seventh-degree criminal possession of controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana.

Tuesday, Oct. 15: Kathryn M. Ceterski, 37, of Williamstown, was charged in Wampsville for fourthdegree grand larceny.
Monday, Oct. 14: Daniel T. Brazeau, 23, of Bridgeport, was charged in Bridgeport for second-degree criminal trespassing, second-degree obstruction of governmental administration, resisting arrest and unlawful possession of marijuana.
