Support for Joe Ostrander

I amwriting in support of Joe Ostrander as a candidate for Madison County Supervisor in wards four, five and six. Joe, along with his wife Linda, have been residents of the City of Oneida for over 22 years. Joe has been active on the Madison County Republican committee, Oneida Republican committee; he serves on the Board of Directors for the United Way and on the Flags of Honor committee. One of his most passionate committees he served on was the Oneida Area Relay for Life. He dedicated his time on the committee, as team captain and volunteered for set up and clean up after the event. Hewas always one of the last members to leave the school football field to make sure everything was complete even though he hadn’t slept in over 24 hours.

I believe Joe is a great candidate for County supervisor due to his passion for the community. Joe cares about the resident and will represent the City as a whole on issues such as the infrastructure of the City, spending of your tax

dollars and is very concerned regarding the growing drug epidemic throughout the City. Joe seeks out new ideas and different perspectives, weighs the alternatives, considers possible outcomes and develops reasonable positions on all concerns he has. He is approachable and genuinely committed to representing the fourth, fifth and six wards as Alderman.

It is time for a change in the City of Oneida. New voices need to represent the residents for progress to begin.
