November farming shop meeting

MUNNSVILLE, N.Y. >> Cornell Cooperative Extension of Oneida County is extending an open invitation to all local dairy and field crop producers to attend the Wednesday, Nov. 13 Shop Meeting. The casual meeting will take place from 12 to 1 p.m. at Sam Yoder’s farm located at 5459 Knoxboro Rd. in Munnsville.

Topics slated for discussion include, but are not limited to improving soil conditions with no till practices, dairy risk management tools, and trending dairy issues in our local community. Shop meetings are free to attend, offer an opportunity to gain information and knowledge while networking with fellow producers.
