Tuesday, Nov. 5: Glynn W. Collins, 44, of Munnsville was charged with two counts of second-degree rape, two counts of second-degree criminal sex act, sexual contact with an individual under the age of 17and endangering the welfare of a child.

Tuesday, Nov. 5: An unnamed 16-year-old of Munnsville was charged with forcible touching and endangering the welfare of a child. Monday, Nov. 4: Chad D. Becker, 36, of Morrisville was charged with assault with intent to cause serious physical injury.
