INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY 75, ONEIDA 69 » Through four quarters of play, IT and Oneida went into overtime where IT would eventually prevail with a win over Oneida. Edwin Seton went on a tear netting 29 points. Azi Goodrich added 8 three pointers to give him a total of 24 points. Jacob Vaccaro helped Oneida with 20 points and Will Merrell chipped in 17.

MANLIUS-PEBBLE 41, HAMILTON 44 » Hamilton was able to break out in the second quarter and held on to their lead for the remainder of the game to rack up their 12th victory of the season. Thomas Simpson lead the way for the Emerald Knights with 13 points. Kelton Ramos chipped in the winning effort with 10 points, 3 rebounds and 4 assists. Peter Klingaman helped the cause with 8 rebounds and 4 blocks.

MORRISVILL­E-EATON47, OLD FORGE86 » Old Forge got out to an early lead and never looked back. Jacob Bogacz was able to net 10 points and grab 3 rebounds for Morrisvill­e, but the double digit scoring from four Old Forge players helped them elevate to the win. Jimmy Connell lead the charge with 24 points for Old Forge.

BROOKFIELD 60, STOCKBRIDG­E VALLEY 16 » Behind the scoring output from Madilyne Kurpris, Brookfield was able to beat Stockbridg­e Valley. Megan Kurpris added to the win with 11 points and 8 rebounds. Jaelyn Vleer-Elliott was able to rack up 10 to help Brookfield get their 18th win to stay undefeated.

DERUYTER 38, MADISON 47 » DeRuyter wasn’t able to hold on to their early lead against The Blue Devils. With Maryellen Coleman racking up 11 points and 19 rebounds, Madison was able to defeat The Rockets in CCL play and earn their 14th win of the year season and 10th win in a row.

Boys Volleyball

SAUQUOIT VALLEY 2, CHITTENANG­O 3 » All five sets were needed between Chittenang­o and Sauquoit Valley. Chittenang­o ended up pulling out the win defeating Sauquoit Valley 15-25, 28-26, 25-20, 27-29, 15-11. Austin Strickler posted 11 kills and 4 blocks and Caleb Barnard chipped in to the winning effort with 35 digs.

VERNON-VERONA-SHERRILL 3, WESTMORELA­ND 0 » VVS only needed three sets to take down Westmorela­nd, taking them down 25-11, 25-10, 25-15. Gavin Miller posted 1 ace, 10 kills, and 5 digs in the Red Devils win. Evan Kirkpatric­k led VVS with 18 assists.

CAZENOVIA 50, JORDAN-ELBRIDGE 52 » Cazenovia wasn’t able to hold on to their lead, losing their grip in the 4th quarter losing the game by 2 points. Dakota-Holbrook had 15 points in the win for Jordan-Elbridge.

OTSELIC VALLEY 62, STOCKBRIDG­E VALLEY 46 » Otselic Valley had a huge 4th quarter to push them over the Cougars. Garrett Wood had 23 points and Nicholas Stone had a huge presence on the glass, racking up 11 rebounds.

INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY 69, CHITTENANG­O 66 » With a rough 2nd quarter, Chittenang­o wasn’t able to squeeze out the win against IT. Tyrus Kelly had 21 for Chittenang­o. The combined scoring from Terrell McLaughlin and Edwin Seton helped push IT to the win.

SHERBURNE- EARLVILLE 61, CANASTOTA 28 » Sherburne-Earlville was all business against Canastota. With Tessa Cole netting 30 points and 6 steals, Sherburne-Earlville took the win. Jessica Evans had 19 points and 9 rebounds in the loss.

MORRISVILL­E- EATON 41, HAMILTON 81 » The Emerald Knights first half was too much for Morrisvill­e- Eaton to come back from. Kyleigh Pearson lead the way with 19 points and 15 rebounds with an assist f rom Brooke Speer who netted 15. Karlye Warner scored 15 in the loss.

JORDAN-ELBRIDGE 37, CAZENOVIA 60 » Behind a monstrous performanc­e from Lindsey Lawson who dropped 39 points, Cazenovia was able to beat JordanElbr­idge.
