He was very proud of the legacy he and Gwen built with their 18 great grandchildren and 2 great, great grandsons. Bum was an avid golfer and tennis player. He had a long and distinguished career with the New York State Thruway Authority. He and his wife started traveling to Florida every year during the winters and eventually relocated there permanently. His sense of humor was one of his best features. You did not have to be around him long before he started to sing and dance. His family will miss him terribly, but will remember him fondly especially when they are on the golf course, playing a game of cribbage or solving a Jumble puzzle. There are no calling hours or services, but the family requests that you smile when you think of him.
