SHERRILL- Kevin J. Hatch, 60, Ross Terrace, died Monday evening, October 25, 2021, in the Oneida Healthcare, from complicati­ons afáicted by schizophre­nia and dementia.

Born in Oneida, on November 2, 1960, he was the son of Stanley H. and Doris Snyder Hatch. A lifelong resident of this area, Kevin was a graduate of Oneida High school,

Class of 1979.

Kevin was employed in the produce department of Price Chopper Supermarke­t in Oneida and previously had been employed at the former Smith’s Supermarke­t in Chittenang­o and Walmart Superstore as the produce manager. He loved all sports, especially Syracuse University, fast cars and motorcycle­s. He also enjoyed detailing automobile­s and especially his family and the gatherings. Kevin was of the Christian faith.

Surviving are his sisters, Sharon (Clifford) Wittman and Cindy (Dennis) Tormey, all of Sherrill; his brother, Stanley (Joy) Hatch of Ontario; his sisterin-law, Rose Hatch of Sherrill; and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. He was predecease­d by a sister, Janet Candee in 2020 and three brothers, William G. Hatch in 1991, Richard Hatch in 1994 and Ronald L. Hatch in 2018. The family extends thanks and appreciati­on to the PROS Clinic for the kindness and support during Kevin’s illness.

Funeral services will be held 4 PM, Sunday from the Campbell-dean Funeral Home, Inc., 260 Main

Street, Oneida. Interment will be made 10 AM, Monday in Valley View Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home, 2-4 PM, Sunday, prior to the service.
