Linda Bailey established Better Hearing in 1988 after having worked in the medical field for 15 years. Linda received her B.S. degree from the State University of New York. She earned the title of Audioprosthologist from The International Institute for Hearing Instrument Studies approved by the American Council on Education, as well as being a Board Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist. With this knowledge, Linda has been able to serve the Oneida area and Madison County with the best practices in the industry. Linda and Charlene keep abreast of the changing industry and science of hearing and hearing aids by attending yearly Continuing Education courses.
