Oneida Police Department Aug. 19

Quniton D. Stevenson, 30, of Chittenango, was arrested on a bench warrant for third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, two counts of passing a red light, illegal signal, failure to keep right, failure to obey a police officer, unlicensed operator, failure to stop at a stop sign and imprudent speed. He was transported to Madison County Jail for centralized arraignment. Trever R. Klein, 29, of Oneida, was issued an appearance ticket for third-degree criminal trespass.

Jeffrey N. Walts, 39, of Central Square, was issued appearance tickets for third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, operating an uninspected motor vehicle, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, improper plates and operating an unregistered

motor vehicle. Aug. 20

Corrina D. Beyor, 39, of Syracuse, was issued appearance tickets for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, unlicensed operator and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

Aug. 21

Christopher J. Skinner, 35, of Oneida, was arrested and charged with burglary third-degree, a class D felony, and petit larceny. He was transported to Madison County Jail for centralized arraignment.

Aug. 22

Darcoa D. Mccalop, 32, of Rome, was arrested and charged with endangering the welfare of a child and reckless endangerment. He was transported to Madison County Jail for centralized arraignment.

Jeremy R. Emmons, 36, of Oneida, was arrested and charged with two counts of criminal contempt first-degree, a class E felony, second degree criminal contempt, second degree harassment and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. He was transported to Madison County Jail for centralized arraignment.

Victoria A. Johnson, 54, of Oneida, was issued an appearance ticket for two counts of local law violation for an unlicensed dog.

Tanya J. Millington, 32, of Oneida, was issued appearance tickets for trespass and second degree criminal trespass. David L. Gallagher, 30, of Oneida, was issued appearance tickets for trespass and second degree criminal trespass.

Aug. 25

Derek S. Crouse, 46, of Rome, was issued appearance tickets for third degree aggravated unlicensed operation, operating an uninspected motor vehicle, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

Ciara R. Bluewolf, 28, of Sherrill, was issued appearance tickets for speed in zone and third degree aggravated unlicensed operation.

Dylan R. Mcnabb, 30, of Wampsville, was issued an appearance ticket for two counts of seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance: methamphetamine and fentanyl.

Marquee L. Mckinney, 33, of Oneida Castle, was issued appearance tickets for third degree aggravated unlicensed operation and failure to yield the right of way.

Aug. 26

Jason A. Walters, 47, of Oneida, was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated, unlicensed operation, failure to stop at a stop sign, improper turn, second degree aggravated unlicensed operation and failure to keep right. He was transported to Madison County Jail for centralized arraignment.
