— Daniel J. Thamarus, 32, Oswego was issued appearance tickets for aggravated unlicensed operation second-degree and disobeying a traffic control device.

— A female juvenile, 13, Oneida was issued a juvenile appearance ticket for aggravated harassment second-degree.

— Billie A. Vonkrusze, 48, Herkimer, was arrested on a bench warrant for petit larceny. She was arraigned in Oneida City Court and transported back to Herkimer County Jail.

— Steven A. Johnson, 38, Canastota was arrested on a bench warrant for criminal possession of a controlled substance seventh-degree. He was transported to Madison County Jail for centralized arraignment.

— Crystal A. Callesto, 40, Oneida was issued an appearance ticket for criminal trespass thirddegree.

Jan. 21

— Robert W. Cross, 35, Oneida was arrested and charged with harassment second-degree and criminal obstruction of breathing. He was transported to Madison County Jail for centralized arraignment.

— Jhimaal Mckeith Lasco, 31, Rome was issued appearance tickets for criminal possession of stolen property fourth-degree: vehicle and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.

— Two male juveniles, 15, of Rome were issued juvenile appearance tickets for criminal possession of stolen property fourth-degree: vehicle.

— Sadia A. Ambure, 24, Utica was issued appearance tickets for aggravated unlicensed operation second-degree, speed in zone and failure to use designated lane.

— James J. Stine Jr., 64, Blossvale was arrested on a bench warrant for criminal possession of a controlled substance seventh-degree and DWI: drugs. He was transported to Madison County Jail for centralized arraignment.
