— Ionut Mustata, 27, Kent WA was issued appearance tickets for attempted petit larceny and soliciting w/out a permit.
— Zachary P. Budway, 27, Oneida was arrested and charged with DWI: 1st offense, DWI .08 of 1% or more BAC, aggravated unlicensed operation third-degree, speed in zone, failure to signal, no front license plate, operating an uninspected motor vehicle and failure to display registration sticker. He was transported to Madison County Jail for centralized arraignment.
— Tanya M. Dykeman, 46, Chittenango was arrested on a bench warrant for assault third-degree. She was transported to Madison County Jail for centralized arraignment.
