Expansive menu makes Yard House a popular dining spot
There’s a little something for everybody at Yard House, which boasts an expansive “New American” menu that includes more than 20 appetizers, plus burgers, steak, seafood, sandwiches, salads, pizza, ribs and many other entrée options. We also sampled an order of jambalaya ($18.95) — good, but not as hot as my husband would have liked — and a chicken and avocado sandwich with fries ($12.75). For dessert, we chose a freshbaked brownie topped with vanilla ice cream ($8.25). The brownie was served piping hot, and was oh-so-chocolatey in the center. cient. Our appetizer came out immediately, and our meals followed soon afterwards.
Yard House is a big, bustling restaurant, and not the quietest place on a Saturday night. But we had no trouble holding a conversation during our visit.
