Appetizers, soup, salads, seafood, steaks, chicken, pasta, desserts. Sandwiches, burgers, tacos and meatloaf also available at lunch. 1401 NE Indian River Drive, Jensen Beach, (772) 781-5136 M-Sat., 11:30 a.m.-10 p.m.; Sun., 10 a.m.-10 p.m. new, I opted for a chef ’s special of teriyaki steak skewers ($25). Two kebabs of hearty steak were marinated in teriyaki glaze and grilled over Blackjack oak, paired with a vegetable skewer and served over sesame rice. The steak was tender despite the small cuts, and the sesame rice was tasty and nicely cooked. I asked the waitress for extra teriyaki glaze and slathered it across the whole dish. The meal was accompanied by a small but veggie-filled side salad and a basket of white and wheat bread, which was a simple but delicious way to start our culinary adventure. happens to boast a panoramic view of the Indian River. Having recently spent time in Key West, I can attest to the fact that prices are comparatively reasonable here, too.

Very good. The waitress was friendly and quick to offer refills.

Fairly quiet on a recent weekday night. A low pulse of music wafted out from the main bar, where ladies’ night was well underway.

The historical charm, scenery and cuisine are equally amazing at the Dolphin Bar & Shrimp House in Jensen Beach.
