African-Amer­i­can/black men serve as Con­nect to Great­ness (C2G) coaches with a fo­cus on em­pow­er­ing our boys to do the “inside-out” work of un­der­stand­ing who they are through these self­dis­cov­ery ses­sions and ex­pe­ri­ences. Ses­sions are of­fered once a week for 90-min­utes.

is a 30-week (two 15-week ses­sions) pro­gram fo­cused on the women in the lives of the C2G boys. Ses­sions are of­fered once a week for 90-min­utes. The goal of the pro­gram is to em­power women to: ad­vo­cate for is­sues that are im­por­tant to them; seek and/or cre­ate al­ter­nate path­ways to lead­er­ship; and pur­sue on­go­ing learn­ing op­por­tu­ni­ties for them­selves and in­spire oth­ers along the way.
