Compson Associates breaks ground on Tower 155 in downtown Boca Raton
Compson Assoc iates, one of South Florida’s top development companies, has broken ground on Tower 155, a luxury high-rise condominium in downtown Boca Raton.
Compson made the announcement shortly after obtaining a $48 million loan from Arkansas’ Bank of the Ozarks. The financing was obtained in a tightening credit market and created the leeway needed to begin construc tion. The project, located in the heart of downtown, is in one of America’s most sought after neighborhoods. Residents of the luxury high rise will be surrounded by pristine beaches, world-class restaurants, golf courses, museums, marinas, tennis centers and more.
Acclaimed architectural firm Vander Ploeg & Associates was commissioned to design the exterior’s sweeping lines and bold Art Deco style. Inside, the celebrated designer Steven G conceived the opulent bathrooms, state-of-theart kitchens and the suite of smart home technologies.
