TONIGHT’S GAME

- Bears at Packers, Records: Streaks, stats and notes:

Browns rookie defensive end Myles Garrett could practice this week, and there’s an outside chance he’ll make his debut Sunday against Cincinnati. Garrett has missed Cleveland’s first three games with a right high ankle sprain suffered in the days before the season opener.

The top overall pick in this year’s NFL draft remained on a stationary bike Wednesday while his teammates began preparing to play the also-winless Bengals.

However, coach Hue Jackson said Garrett is “close” to making his return and may practice in the next few days. Jackson also said it’s possible Garrett could play this week.

Injuries such as Garrett’s typically require four to six weeks of recovery time.

Giants: Receiver Odell Beckham Jr. expressed little regret Wednesday about the dog-like celebration that angered the team, and claims NFL rules about post-score revelry are confusing.

Beckham said he met with unhappy co-owner John Mara to discuss his vulgar celebration in which he got down on all fours and pretended to urinate like a dog after catching a touchdown pass in a loss to the Eagles.

The three-time Pro Bowl receiver would not reveal what was said. His only regret was that the officials called a 15-yard unsportsmanlike conduct penalty against him.

Vikings: Case Keenum is coming off the best game of his NFL career and preparing to start again this week.

That likelihood increased when Sam Bradford was held out of practice for more rest for his sore left knee. Coach Mike Zimmer said they’re “doing everything” they can to get Bradford ready to play Sunday against Detroit. But Bradford’s absence Wednesday won’t help his cause to be cleared for action.

Colts: Andrew Luck has been ruled out of practice this week. Indy’s franchise quarterback hasn’t practiced since having surgery on his throwing shoulder in January.

Coach Chuck Pagano says he’s hopeful Luck will come back next week.

Saints: Welcomed back wide receiver Willie Snead as they started practice in London for this week’s game against Miami in the British capital.

Coach Sean Payton said he won’t determine Snead’s role against the Dolphins until after evaluating how the receiver looks following a three-week suspension for his drink driving arrest.

Meanwhile, rookie starting cornerback Marshon Lattimore, held out last Sunday

Dolphins: Coach Adam Gase says his trust in linebacker Lawrence Timmons has been restored, and the veteran might play Sunday following his return from a suspension. Timmons was suspended indefinitely after he went AWOL the day before the Dolphins’ season-opening win at the Chargers.

Texans: Wide receiver Will Fuller is expected to return for Sunday’s game against the Titans, the Houston Chronicle reported. Fuller, who fractured his collarbone Aug. 2, returned to practice Sept. 18 but was inactive last week against the Patriots. He was a full participant in Wednesday’s practice.

Falcons: All-Pro receiver Julio Jones was limited in practice Wednesday because of a back injury, according to the team’s injury report.

Among those not practicing were safety Ricardo Allen (concussion), tackle Ryan Schraeder (concussion) and linebacker Vic Beasley (hamstring), who is expected to miss several more weeks.

Lions: Rookie linebacker Jarrad Davis was on the practice field after missing Detroit’s loss to Atlanta last weekend because of a concussion. The Lions listed Davis, their first-round draft pick, as limited in practice.

Also limited were safety Glover Quin, cornerback Jamal Agnew, wide receiver Kenny Golladay, center Travis Swanson, safety Tavon Wilson and defensive end Anthony Zettel.

Defensive end Ziggy Ansah, safety Don Carey, guard T.J. Lang and running back Dwayne Washington did not practice.

Jets: Running back Matt Forte is dealing with turf toe in his left foot, and sat out practice. As insurance for Forte, the Jets signed former Saints running backkick returner Travaris Cadet. New York also has Bilal Powell, who would likely start if Forte can’t play.
