Bocaire Country Club

has named Maggie Green its new general manager. Green accepted the position after serving in various profession­al capacities in the club for more than 12 years.

Green is responsibl­e for the day-to-day operations of the club, executing policy and overseeing a 100-person staff. Green, originally from the U.K. and a resident of Boca Raton for 22 years, has served as assistant general manager. She oversaw the marketing of the club, managed its web presence and was involved in the planning of membership events.

REAL ESTATE

Reichel Realty & Investment­s has hired Steve Paige, a South Florida commercial real estate broker, to join the firm as executive director. Paige will focus on sales and leasing of office, industrial and retail properties in Palm Beach County. Paige has 30 years experience representi­ng owners and tenants in transactio­ns totaling more than 3 million square feet and topping $1 billion in value.

Before joining Reichel Realty, he was associated with South Florida brokerage and developmen­t firms, representi­ng some of the region’s largest landlords and investors. Most recently, he was with NAI/Merin Hunter Codman. Paige holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management, with additional course work at the NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate and the Commercial Investment Real Estate Council. During his career, he has been active with the Business Developmen­t Board of Palm Beach County, the National Associatio­n of Office & Industrial Parks (NAIOP) and the Building Owners and Managers Associatio­n (BOMA) and the Economic Forum of Palm Beach County.

COMMUNITY SERVICE

The Adrienne Arsht Center Foundation has added James R. Kaufman, CPA, CEO and founding principal of Kaufman Rossin, to its board of directors. The foundation raises private contributi­ons to fund the Performing Arts Center Trust. As a board member, Kaufman will have the responsibi­lity to engage diverse communitie­s through the performing arts. Kaufman co-founded Kaufman Rossin in 1962 and has been recognized as one of the South Florida Business Journal’s Top 100 Leaders in Accounting. He is a University of Florida alumnus and a member of the University Hall of Fame.
