CoolSculpting is effective – and here to stay!
As the busiest CoolSculpting® center in the West Palm Beach area, we can definitely say that this fat-freezing technology is here to stay. As you may know, there are NO surgeries, NO lasers, NO supplements, NO anesthesia and the best part, NO DOWNTIME! This proven FDA-approved procedure works on the belly and love-handle areas (those muffin tops), as well as the inner or outer thighs, and even the double chin. We are also seeing great results for male breast reduction and the arms as well.
Ideal candidates for CoolSculpting® are close to their ideal body weight as THIS IS NOT A WEIGHT LOSS SOLUTION, nor does it replace surgical techniques like liposuction or tummy tucks. In your consultation, the number of treatments will be determined to maximize the results you desire. Typically two to 10 treatments are recommended. However, they can be grouped in one- to threehour segments because with three machines, we are one of the few facilities that offers DualSculpting or Tri-Sculpting. Most importantly, our technicians are fully trained, CoolSculpting University-certified and have performed more than 5,000 treatments.
During the procedure, applicators are attached to the fatty areas and it is painlessly cooled for an hour. Patients relax and read during their sessions and can return to any activities immediately after. Over the next four to 12 weeks, the body absorbs the crystallized frozen cells, giving visible results to those areas. Healthy cells in the treated area will be unaffected and remain healthy. Patients may experience some minor discomfort such as redness, tingling, numbness or minor bruising. However, all are temporary and resolve completely.
Ultimately, it takes a few months to realize the full effect of CoolSculpting® because your body naturally disposes of the fat cells over a 12-week time frame. You’ll look and feel better about yourself and as long as you keep active with normal diet and exercise, long-term results should be permanent!
